Sriracha is made from sun ripen chilies which are ground into a smooth paste along with garlic and packaged in a convenient squeeze bottle. Only the highest quality ingredients and never any artificial colors or flavorings are used to make Sriracha: Capsaicin is the main ingredient in chili peppers. This speeds up metabolism and helps the body burn calories while eating. It also reduces the amount of fat cells in the body. Sriracha can be found in specialty food stores at your local grocery store. I was lucky enough to find Sriracha at Big Lot’s a 32 oz. bottle was just under $3. I use this sauce frequently on almost everything I eat since last October of 2013. Just recently I had my 3 months check in with my doctor and to my amazement I lost 15 lbs. Sure eating a balanced diet and exercise helped but with the added benefits of Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce did not hurt either. If you like spicy food and don’t mind the heat, I highly recommend using Sriracha as often as you can ENJOY!
